At Vansh Hospital, we are committed to providing you with the best possible care and convenience. We provide support for insurance claims via reimbursement as well as cashless. Please visit the hospital between 1-4pm, Monday-Saturday for any insurance or billing inquiries. Kindly bring along your policy details so we can best assist you.

Reimbursement Claims

You may apply for reimbursement after a procedure or hospitalisation. Upon receiving the final bill and discharge summary from our admin department, you must provide us your reimbursement claim form to be partially filled out by us. You may then proceed to submit copies of the reimbursement claim form, final bill and discharge summary to your insurance company via TPA if applicable. Your insurance agent, corporate insurance advisor or point of contact at the TPA will assist you with any concerns.

We are here to guide you through the process. We recommend submitting pre and post hospitalisation expenses such as diagnostic tests and pharmacy bills for reimbursement.

Cashless Anywhere

The IRDAI now allows cashless health insurance claims at any hospital in India, including Vansh Hospital, regardless of whether it is a part of your insurers network or not. Please download circular HERE. With Cashless Everywhere, you can now focus on your health and well-being, without worrying about the financial aspects of your treatment.

How It Works

  • For planned/elective treatment, fill out a pre-auth form and submit your documents to our TPA desk at least 48 hours prior to admission. Our team will proceed to intimate your TPA / Insurance company regarding the same and begin the cashless process.
  • For emergency treatment, fill out a pre-auth form and submit your documents to our TPA desk within 24 hours of admission. Our team will proceed to intimate your TPA / Insurance company regarding the same and begin the cashless process.

Documents To Submit

  • Pre-authorisation Cashless Claim Form (download from list below or your TPA website) – filled out with patient details and signature
  • Insured patient’s contact details (email, phone number)
  • Insured patient’s Aadhaar Card
  • Insured patient’s Pan Card
  • Policy ID Card
  • Policy copy
  • TPA/Insurance Agent’s contact details (email, phone number)
  • Any other policy / procedure related documents
